This part is made of cast iron with steel properties and is cconnected to the axel cross member arm on one side, and to the wheel drum by the hub axel on another side. The part important feature is the angularity of the axis of the hub axel installation relative to the horizon which will lead to the vehicle better stability &steering function (drivability ) .The full geometrical /dimensional tolerance of the parts has encountered is production with many complications have been removed and the part is being manufactured 700,000 pcs/ year by the company.

This part made of foundry cast iron. All the gearbox shafts /gears assembled in this part. This gearbox is characterized by close geometrical / dimensional tolerances and taken actions as to manufacture 1,000,000pcs of this part.
 

LH RR AXEL CROSS MEMBER ARM (Peugeot 206)


This part is assembled in the rear axel cross member arm vehicles and establishes the relation between the vehicles &wheel axel cross member arm (to which the car wheel is attached by some accessories).
The arm is made of cast iron with steel properties and has very precise geometrical/ dimensional tolerances and the parties being manufactured 500,000 paces/ yearly by the company.
